Studio Wall is a new initiative, comprising three figurative painters from Birmingham ArtSpace (an independent studio group in Birmingham city centre) plus guest artists. We are dedicated to promoting small paintings by artists who take inspiration from archive material, photographic and printed sources. Studio Wall’s ethos is to unite like-minded emerging and mid-career practitioners, to create thought provoking conversations between art works and their makers.
