Site Induction Form

It is a mandatory requirement (CDM Regulations) that any Exhibitor or Contractor wishing to gain access to the halls during build up and breakdown is familiar with and understands the contents of the MCCC Site Induction Document and the TMC Organiser Induction Document

This form should be completed by exhibitors on behalf of their own team and their nominated contractors. Please note 'nominated contractors' include personnel from any organisation who will be coming into the halls during build up and breakdown to assist with your stand set up or de-rig (eg delivery; hanging; decorating etc.)

This form only needs to be completed by one representative of the exhibiting company and not each person coming onsite.
